She is survived by her two daughters, Stacey (Tom) Cleveland of Coeur d'Alene, and Lisa (Dean) Faias of Athol, Idaho; three grandchildren, Alexis Faias, Bryer Faias and Marissa Cleveland; and two brothers, Don (Laura) Wheeler of Shallotte, NC, and Greg (Terri) Wheeler of Clarkston.
Dusty is survived by his wife, Brenda; children, Hunter, Malachi, Willow, and Jace De Cann and Sydney Norma; father, Wayne De Cann,; and siblings.
Aaron De Cann, Bryan De Cann, Amber Taylor, Trent De Cann, and Emma Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda White.
Dusty will be remembered for his contagious and quirky laugh, and his kindness and willingness to help others, even when he had little.
He went on to teach golf to the local high school students as well as help assess facilities that needed to be more handicap friendly.
After college, Randy worked several years for the US Forest Service in Human Resources and as a computer specialist.
Through all of this somehow the mountain man became an integral part of the small community, joining the volunteer fire department, backup ambulance driver and a member of search and rescue team.
He moved to Idaho in the early 1970's, eventually settling in Elk River. Joe and later the Floodwood in North Central Idaho. Later in life he looked forward to his annual fishing trip to Alaska in the summer and to setting up elk camp in the fall.
After retiring he continued to spend nearly every day outside. After moving to Elk River, he served on the Elk River School Board, the Recreation District board and as a city councilman.
His children were his whole world and anyone who knew him knows he would do anything for them. 9, 1948 in Youngstown, OH, to Herbert and Adair Mc Cartney two minutes ahead of his twin brother, John.
Herbert 'Hud' Mc Cartney, age 69, Elk River, passed away at his residence on Sunday, Feb. In his youth, Hud could always be found outdoors rather than being cooped up inside the house.
In high school he was a star athlete in both football and wrestling.
